Just a question...not trying to jump into world war 3. If you put the cannabis in the chocolate, and then melt the chocolate with heat, would that amount of heat decarb it ? I decarb mine in the oven at 240' for 40-60 minutes before I put it in my butter or tintures. Personally, I would use infused coconut oil tincture instead of raw bud. I wouldn't care for the taste or texture of eating raw plant material.

I’m a medical cannabis patient and eat food with actual leaf all the time. You don’t know what you’re talking about. Educate yourself!

Are you sure you add non decarbolated cannabis to chocolate?
All i see happening is a right nasty chew and a lot of extra fibers we cant digest properly.

I extract my cannabis into coconut oil. If making chocolate i make it four times concentrated so you can get a real bang out of a little.
You can dose a pot of chocolate but i have intividual warming pots i put 4 ounces of belgium chocolate Then add the concentrated coconut oil.

A lot of people use distillate in the edibles being offered in most places. Its strong but missing everything but thc and possible re introduced terps but not often even from cannabis.

I love using butter and coconut oil. I even use home made RSO in somethings. You can use any extraction that is activated for edibles. If its not activated there is no happy results.

If the cannabis is activated ( bake covered in foil at 240 for an hour ) then you can eat it like described above. I just do not see it being very good.

I would say because your cannibutter does not include the actual bud itself you may loose the effect. I do make brownies. decarb my weed first and then mix it into the warm oil to break it down more and then mix in my brownie mix and bake with 5 mins less of time, I like to cut up my pieces while its still on the soft side if you leave it to long its a pain to cut.

First, You need to decarboxylate your dry Cannabis by grinding it up & baking it on a baking sheet on low heat. I usually decarb at 215 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Decarbing will activate the THC-A into D9-THC. Then I recommend making Cannabutter by simmering your decarbed dry herb into melted butter and then strain out the dry Cannabis. Now use the activated butter to mix with your chocolate or to cook with. You can also use Cannabutter for cooking brownies, cookies, or any number of other dishes. I hope this helps.
